Application for Admission MVCA Medication Authorization Form

Thank you for your interest in Miami Valley Christian Academy. MVCA is a private, interdenominational preschool through 12th grade facility that partners with Christian parents who desire a quality Christian education for their child. Acceptance into MVCA requires the following:

At least one parent must be a born-again believer in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
Families must be in regular attendance and involved in the ministry of a local church
Students must have a desire to receive a Christian education
Students must be at or above grade level academically
Students must have good self discipline

We offer daily tours and allow prospective students in grades 4 through 12 to shadow with an MVCA student for the day.

The Den (MVCA after-school program): The Den operates after-school to assist parents with child-care: 2:40 p.m. - 4:40 p.m. - 1 child $10, 2nd child $8, and 3rd child $6 Extended to 6:00 p.m. is an additional $2 per child
*Tuition fees are non-refundable. Students entering the school year after the 1^st quarter will pay a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the academic year.
